Is it your racket?
We'd rather you buy the right one than this one.
You'll love it if
- you want maximum power on smashes and viboras
- you live at the net and take the ball early
- you like a stiff, direct feel
Maybe not if
- you're still developing, it isn't forgiving
- you want more comfort, try the Genius Attack 18K
The NOX Genius Attack 12K Alum XTREM 2027 is the follow-on to last year's AT10 Genius Attack 12K, now without the AT10 name, and the most aggressive racket at the top of NOX's range. Diamond shape, high balance and a stiff 12K Alum XTREM carbon face: it's built to end points.
The evolved mould is more aerodynamic and easier to control through fast swings. The Oversize Grip adds 30mm to the handle, moving weight towards the head for heavier smashes. MLD Black EVA keeps some touch on slower shots, Dual Spin maximises bite, and VCS anti-vibration helps your arm on the big hits. You can add up to 8g with the Weight Balance system.
Who it's for: advanced attackers with good technique who want maximum power and a firm, direct response.
Our honest take: this is the one for big hitters. It gives very little back if your timing is off, so if you want attacking power with more margin, the Genius Attack 18K is the friendlier choice.
