Impacts

Walls, floors, fences and racket clashes. That's most broken rackets.

Warranty on a padel racket comes from the brand, not from us. We pass your claim on and the brand's technical team decides. We can't approve claims ourselves and we can't overturn the brand's decision.

Let's be upfront: most broken rackets aren't warranty claims. Padel rackets are made of carbon and foam. If yours has hit a wall, the floor, the fence or someone else's racket, it can crack, and that isn't a fault. Brands turn these claims down every time, and they can tell from the photos.

How it works

  1. You send the claim. Use the form below (it's also under Warranty claim in your account). You'll need your order number, the racket's serial number and the photos listed below. If anything's missing we can't send it on.
  2. We pass it to the brand. We check the claim is complete and send it to the manufacturer.
  3. The brand assesses it. This usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. Their decision is final.
  4. We tell you the outcome. If the brand approves it, you get a replacement (or the nearest current model, or store credit if that model's gone). If they decline it, we'll send you their reasons.

What brands cover

  • Manufacturing defects that show up in normal play, with no sign of an impact

What brands don't cover

  • Cracks or breaks from hitting the wall, floor, fence or another racket
  • Damage from collisions with another player
  • Wear and tear: paint chips, scuffs, worn edges, worn grips
  • Heat damage, for example from leaving a racket in a hot car
  • Rackets that have been modified or repaired
  • Rackets bought second-hand or not bought from NINEPADEL

How brands assess claims

A manufacturing fault usually shows as deformation or a clean internal crack in the hitting surface with no outside marks. A crack along the frame, or one with a scuff, chip or dent nearby, points to an impact. That's the most common reason claims are declined.

A frame protector and an insulated racket bag do more for a racket's lifespan than any warranty. Both are in our accessories.

Photos we need

  1. Both faces of the racket, whole racket in each photo
  2. The frame (both sides and the top), with any protector removed
  3. The serial number or barcode sticker, usually on the throat or near the handle. Brands won't look at a claim without it
  4. A close-up of the damage
  5. A short video, if it helps (optional)

Faulty on arrival?

If something arrives damaged or faulty, that's not a warranty claim. Contact us within 7 days and we'll sort it directly. See our returns page.

Send a claim

Have your order number, the serial number and all the photos listed above ready. Incomplete claims can't be sent to the brand.
