Who can apply?
Padel clubs and venues, coaches and academies, sports shops, and anyone running leagues, events or teams. If you're not sure you qualify, apply anyway and we'll talk it through.
Can I order any brand you sell?
Not every brand we sell is available on trade terms. Tell us which brands you're interested in and we'll let you know what we can supply.
Is there a minimum order?
We'll agree this with you when we set up your account. It depends on what you're ordering and how often.
How do I see my trade prices?
Once approved, log in to your NINEPADEL account and your trade prices show on every product you have access to. Checkout works the same as normal.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the order. We'll confirm timings when we put your order together.
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within one working day. If it's urgent, WhatsApp us.
Do you supply clubs in Ireland?
Yes. We supply clubs, coaches and shops across the UK and Ireland.
Can our members get a discount too?
Ask us. We can set up a code for your members to use on the site.
