Terms of service
These terms cover using ninepadel.com and buying from us. We've kept them as plain as we can. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
ninepadel.com is run by NINE FAMILY LTD, trading as NINEPADEL ("we", "us", "our"). We're a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16504079), with our registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We sell padel rackets, bags, balls, shoes and accessories to customers in the UK and Ireland.

2. Using the website
- You need to be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
- The content on this site (text, photos, reviews and our racket advice) is ours or used with permission. Please don't copy it without asking.
- We may update the site or these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
3. Products and prices
- We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and brands sometimes make small changes to a design between batches.
- Specs such as weight and balance come from the brand. Rackets are made by hand, so the weight of an individual racket can vary slightly within the brand's stated range.
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. If you shop in euros, the price is converted at checkout and that is the price you pay.
- If we get a price badly wrong on the site, we'll tell you before we dispatch and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
- When you place an order you'll get an email confirming we've received it. The contract between us starts when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch email.
- We accept debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
- If you pay with Klarna, Klarna's own terms apply to the payment plan.
- We may cancel an order if an item turns out to be out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
5. Custom and personalised rackets
- Custom rackets (for example Xcalion rackets with your own design, colour or name) are made to order for you. They usually ship within 10 to 14 days.
- Please check the spelling of any name before you order. We send the details to the brand exactly as you enter them.
- Because they're made to your specification, custom rackets can't be cancelled once production has started and can't be returned or refunded unless they're faulty.
6. Delivery
- We deliver to the UK, Ireland and EU countries. Delivery options, costs and timings are shown at checkout and on our delivery page.
- Free UK delivery on orders over £100 applies to Royal Mail Tracked 24. Faster options, such as guaranteed next day, are charged at the price shown at checkout.
- The price of a box of 24 ball tubes includes a contribution towards delivery, because of its weight.
- Balls are only sold for delivery to the UK and Ireland.
- Delivery times are estimates, apart from guaranteed services. Occasionally a courier is delayed, and we'll help chase anything that's late.
- Please make sure your address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may need to charge to send it again.
- Your order is your responsibility once the courier confirms it has been delivered.
7. Returns and cancelling
- You can cancel and return most items within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.
- If something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll put it right and cover the cost.
- Full details are on our returns, refunds and exchanges page.
8. Faults and warranty
- Everything we sell must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. That's your legal right.
- Rackets also carry the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. The brand decides warranty claims, and we handle the claim for you. See our warranty page.
- Impact damage (for example hitting a wall, the floor or another racket), normal wear and damage from heat are not manufacturing faults.
9. Discount codes and offers
- One discount code per order unless we say otherwise. Codes can't be exchanged for cash and can't be applied after an order is placed.
- Offers run while stock lasts or until the end date we show.
10. Trade and affiliate accounts
Trade accounts and our affiliate programme have their own terms, which we'll send you when your application is approved.
11. Our liability
- If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of that. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses.
- We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and your rights as a consumer.
12. Privacy
We use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.
13. Law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Northern Ireland, Scotland or Ireland, you keep the protection of the consumer law where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
- If you're unhappy with anything, please talk to us first. Most problems are sorted with one message.
