Warranty Request

At NinePadel, we’re here to help you through the warranty process as smoothly as possible. One common misconception is that we handle or decide warranty claims directly — in reality, all padel racket and equipment warranties are provided and assessed by the brand or manufacturer.

Our role is to act as a facilitator. We’ll gather the required information from you, review it for completeness, and submit the claim to the relevant brand on your behalf. Once the manufacturer has assessed the claim, we’ll update you with their decision and the next steps.

Because warranties are ultimately determined by the brand, it’s important that claims are clear, accurate, and supported by the right evidence. This helps avoid delays and allows genuine manufacturing faults to be processed as efficiently as possible.

What’s covered

• Structural or manufacturing defects that appear during regular play

What’s not covered

Padel rackets are precision sports tools, lightweight and powerful, but not indestructible. The following issues are typically not covered by any manufacturer:

• Damage caused by hitting the racket on hard surfaces like walls, floors, or fences
• Breakage from accidental collisions with another player or racket
• Normal wear and tear, such as minor paint chips or grip deterioration
• Heat or sun exposure, like leaving your racket in a car
• Use that doesn’t align with the intended purpose

To prolong your racket’s lifespan, we recommend using a frame protector and an isothermal racket bag, both available on our shop.

How claims are evaluated

To give you a better sense of how brands approach warranty claims, here’s what typically happens.

When a manufacturer receives images of a damaged racket, their technical team assesses whether the breakage points to a production defect or an external impact. Structural or material defects usually show up on the hitting surface with clean, internal fractures or deformations. On the other hand, cracks along the frame, especially with signs of impact, often suggest the racket hit a hard surface which falls outside warranty coverage.

This kind of evaluation is standard across the industry and helps determine whether the issue qualifies for replacement under the warranty policy. The average processing time for warranty claims depends on the brand itself but generally 4-6 weeks is average.

Submitting Your Claim

Please include:

1.A clear photograph of both sides of the racket, showing the full racket in each image.
2.Photographs of the frame (both sides and the top), with any racket protectors removed.
3.A photo of the barcode/QR code (usually located near the handle), if available.
4.A close-up image clearly showing the issue.
5.A brief explanation of the problem.
6.Your order number.
7.Any additional videos or information that may help demonstrate the issue (optional but useful).

Once the manufacturer has reviewed the claim, one of the following outcomes will apply:

Warranty approved – the issue is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. A replacement will be sent.
Warranty not approved – the claim does not meet the manufacturer’s warranty criteria after review.
