Our role is to act as a facilitator. We’ll gather the required information from you, review it for completeness, and submit the claim to the relevant brand on your behalf. Once the manufacturer has assessed the claim, we’ll update you with their decision and the next steps.
Because warranties are ultimately determined by the brand, it’s important that claims are clear, accurate, and supported by the right evidence. This helps avoid delays and allows genuine manufacturing faults to be processed as efficiently as possible.
