Really good info on the websites compared to most. Contacted them on whatsapp as I needed really fast delivery and Warren was straight back to me. Bought the right racket for me at a good price, really fast delivery and really good communication. You cant ask for more. There was even a hand written note in the box. The Padel quiz was great in helping me refine list of suitable racquets. Communication was great as was price of the racquet I purchased and the speed of delivery.
As the racquet played really well I decided to buy a second one and went back to Ninepadel and service was just as good as first time round.
