Babolat 2026 Padel Range Broken Down
Learn more about all things Babobat 2026.
Babolat have properly cemented themselves as one of the biggest names in padel — not just because of the pros they work with, but because their rackets have a really clear identity. Whether you’re the type who wants to finish points at the net, play quick and aggressive, or sit back and counter all day, Babolat make it easy to find a racket that actually suits your style.
For 2026, the Babolat padel range is mostly a continuation of what worked so well in 2025 — same proven lines, same key racket “personalities”, and that familiar feel across the Viper / Veron / Vertuo families. The main changes are refinements and a few additions rather than a total overhaul, which is honestly a good thing… because the 2025 range was already seriously strong. Below I’ll break down the full Babolat 2026 padel line-up, what each model is made for, and who it suits best.
Lebron Editions
As powerful, head-heavy all out aggressive as they come. Not for the faint hearted, and not for beginners.
A super interesting new addition for 2026. The aggressive Viper characteristics with a softer more forgiving face. Still super powerful, but much more playable – highly recommended.
A super well rounded aggressive racket – adding in much more control vs the Viper range – highly playable and probably the racket most people should be navigating to in the Lebron range.
Technical Editions
These rackets are designed for the player whose style is based on aggression and power. Generally less forgiving, smaller sweet spots but a whole pile of punch when you want it.
A very slightly lighter Lebron Viper, but just as much power. Think hard face, aggressive diamond shape and all out attack. Suitable for advanced players who want to put the ball away every time.
Aggressive in nature, but a more playable and forgiving softer face – we think this will be one of the most popular 2026 Babolat padel rackets. Everything that is loved from the Viper but delivered in an easier to handle way.
Another one that will be hugely popular, a slightly more forgiving and manoeuvrable edition of the technical range. Still plenty of power to suit aggressive players but in a more playable finish.
Air Editions
The Babolat Air range is all about speed. Highly maneuverable, throw them around and finish points quickly. Don’t let the lighter weights think they lack in power – these rackets still have an unreal amount of punch.
Maximum power, maximum manoeuvrability. This racket is great for intermediate+ players, and is a bit of a cheat code when technique drops at the end of games thanks to its light weight and hard face helping to generate easy power. Easy in defence, strong in attack.
Similar to the Air Viper but with a slightly softer, slightly more forgiving face. So expect a bit more control, a little less power but still with absolute speed about the court. Super easy in defence.
Even more handling and control vs the Veron and Viper. A slightly lighter again model perfect for beginners and lower intermediates working on their game. This racket is super easy to use, super easy in defence and gives your body no stress.
Counter Edition
The Babolat Counter range is all about control. Think strong defence, power when you need it and all round perfect precision in your shots. A perfect mix of power and control.
The most powerful of the range with a 3K carbon finish but plenty of precision. Perfect for strong intermediate players who are all about strategy, placement rather than all out Ale Galan power smashes.
Similar style of racket to the Counter Viper but with a Carbon Flex face giving it a more balanced and playable feel. Much more user friendly and safe for intermediate – advanced players.
A little lighter and more beginner friendly version of the Counter range.
