Took the quiz, did some research and ordered a racquet and grips from Ninepadel and went with standard delivery option. I used WhatsApp to message Warren with a delivery query and the response was swift, courteous and informative. Product arrived within stated delivery time in perfect condition! Very happy with both product and service and wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Looking at a bag next…
Had a really quick turnaround from moment of order but when it came I realised I had to make some changes. Warren didn’t take a split second to agree to the change and on top of that made sure I didn’t pay any postage by arranging a return label for me.
He even sent the new racket (which is amazing btw – vertex 04 25 😍) before I sent the original back. Very clear communication and always quick to respond to email and offer advice.

Suffice to say my order was incorrect on my part and he had spotted that.
