Purchased a bullpadel 05 hybrid racket on a preorder and the communication from the team, specifically warren was fantastic, clear and quick. similar to delivery, the stock arrived earlier than expected to ninepadel which they got out near enough instantly and had the racket to me a day or 2 earlier than expected. the item was well packaged, nice little ninepadel keyring and some overgrips included as well as a hand written note with a thanks for my business. little things go a long way. very impressed from start to finish – 100% recommend using ninepadel for any padel related purchases whatsoever. Took the quiz, did some research and ordered a racquet and grips from Ninepadel and went with standard delivery option. I used WhatsApp to message Warren with a delivery query and the response was swift, courteous and informative. Product arrived within stated delivery time in perfect condition! Very happy with both product and service and wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Looking at a bag next…
Had a really quick turnaround from moment of order but when it came I realised I had to make some changes. Warren didn’t take a split second to agree to the change and on top of that made sure I didn’t pay any postage by arranging a return label for me.
He even sent the new racket (which is amazing btw – vertex 04 25 😍) before I sent the original back. Very clear communication and always quick to respond to email and offer advice.
Will def be buying from them in the future and recommending them as price is also always competitive.

Superb service from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate and even took me through a quiz to find the racquet that suited my game. My racquet was delivered promptly and was in pristine condition. Would highly recommend

Warren who dealt with me checked in with me 3 times before posting my order to make sure I had ordered the correct racquet that I had told him via wattsapp I was ordering.?.
Suffice to say my order was incorrect on my part and he had spotted that.
Order was quickly changed and was kept in the loop throughout.
Don’t even bother buying a racquet etc anywhere else.
